Yes. TrackPulse is fully FMCSA-registered and built to meet the regulatory requirements of the U.S. ELD mandate. Our ELD is also certified for the Canadian ELD mandate, meeting Transport Canada's requirements on both Android and iOS devices.
The TrackPulse ELD connects to all standard 9-pin, 6-pin, and OBD-II diagnostic ports. We also provide specialized cable harnesses for newer Mack and Volvo trucks (2013+), and Y-cables for clean behind-panel installations.
Yes. The TrackPulse ELD and Driver App can function offline. Driving time is still recorded and stored locally. When the driver reconnects to WiFi or cellular data, logs are automatically synced to the cloud. We recommend maintaining a cellular data connection for real-time compliance monitoring.

Both property and passenger-carrying vehicle rules are supported.
Yes. Drivers can select Personal Conveyance or Yard Move as special driving categories in the Driver App when enabled by their fleet manager. For Canadian drivers, TrackPulse automatically switches to Driving status when the 75 km Personal Conveyance limit or 32 KPH Yard Move limit is exceeded.
